Subject: ID in vault is not updated after person rename

After LN user is renamed successfully (change of Common Name ), ID is not updated in ID Vault. ID Vault sync button becomes disabled in Lotus Notes client after person name is changed in ID file.


Setting up LN client from the scratch does not change anything. Local names.nsf contains PolicySecurity document that contains VT_Name field set correctly, but button for "ID VAULT SYNC" is disabled.


Trying to synchronize ID to ID vault via Notes API the following messages are produced on Domino server console:
